Breakfast and Barbells is a monthly workshop series that will teach women barbell movements.
Scones and Squats, Bagels and Bench, and Doughnuts and Deadlifts are the three workshops that are offered in this series. Form, cueing, bracing, and accessories that compliment the lift will be covered. Learn how to squat, bench, and deadlift properly in a safe and supportive environment! All levels are welcome!
