Behavioral Health Therapist - Ottawa, IL

POSITION: Behavioral Health Therapist
LOCATION: Morris
SALARY: $20.70 (Exact salary calculation is made based on education, and experience)
HOURS: M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Position Overview:
• Performs clinical assessment and diagnosis
• Performs individual psychotherapy, addictions counseling or family intervention
• Consultation and Coordination of services with team members
• Treatment planning and staffing
• Manages caseload consisting of adults and youth with behavioral health and/or substance use diagnosis.

Qualifications:
• Required Minimum of master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or marriage and family therapy and experience in addictions treatment.
• Preferred State of Illinois Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or License Marriage and Family Therapist
• Preferred knowledge/experience with dual (mental health and addictions) disorders.
